River View Deck

FULL DECK: 60-120pax

Our River View Deck has it all. From the spectacular waterfront views, private access to the bar and it’s aesthetically pleasing style, you won’t be disappointed. We can even bollard off the area to create a more VIP experience.

This area is the largest of all our function spaces and the perfect spot for up to 120 people. Full of plenty of bar tables and chairs, lots of space to move around, socialise and dance along to our live DJ sets. PLUS capture those Instagram worthy pics at ‘Golden Hour’.

Depending on your numbers we can provide you with half the deck or the full deck. The space is customisable to suit your needs – select from a sit down or cocktail style setup.

SUNSET Deck

SUNSET DECK: 20-50pax

Our Sunset Deck is the ultimate waterfront function space. Positioned at the back of the venue, overlooking the picturesque Nerang River- perfect for a photo opportunity. You can experience the Pavilion atmosphere, in your own section that we bollard off to create a more private setting.

This area is the perfect space for up to 50 people. Set with bar tables & chairs and an adjustable roof that opens to let the sun shine or the stars sparkle above your event. Select from a cocktail setup or our high tables of 10, for more of a sit down celebration.

THE COURTYARD

THE COURTYARD: 40-70pax

The Courtyard is the perfect space for groups of 40-70 pax. Nestled in the heart of the venue, with private access to a fully functioning bar including cocktails and tap beer.

This space is suited for any style function. Set the scene with cocktail tables for an interactive cocktail party or create a private dining retreat with our dining tables set for a 2 or 3 course lunch or dinner.

The distinct feature of this space is the option for full function privacy, with lush curtains that surround the area completely.

PARK View Deck

PARK VIEW DECK: 30-60pax

Our Park view Deck is a beautiful space that overlooks the park adjacent, with views of the canal. Positioned in the main hall of the venue, we have the ability to bollard the section off to create a private area for you and your guests whilst being amongst all of the action.

This area is the perfect space for up to 70 people. We can customise the table arrangements to suit your requirements, whether that’s one long table, or a standup cocktail setting with just bar tables, the choice is yours.it down or cocktail style setup.

HALF VENUE HIRE

HALF VENUE: 100-250pax

For groups of 100-250 pax our Half Venue, combines our waterfront River View Deck and the adjoining Courtyard to create a space worth writing home about.

Not only does the space have multiple photo opportunities but you also have direct access to the bar.

Like the rest of our areas, you can customise the space to suit your event. Set the area with high round bar tables for an interactive cocktail celebration with plenty of room to socialise or formalise the space with our long tables for a sit-down lunch or dinner.
